EXPERTS IN ON-SITE GAS DELIVERY
CK’s bulk and micro-bulk telemetry allow us to monitor your gas supply remotely. Telemetry will help you eliminate run-outs, decrease delivery costs, and optimize your bulk gas usage.
Gas Express System®
Enhance Your Operation With CK Supply’s Innovative Gas Express & Cellular Technology!
The Gas Express System is the latest solution to micro-bulk storage and gas distribution. Gas (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, or Carbon Dioxide) is delivered directly from our truck to your stationary bulk gas containers, known as Permacyl Units, inside through a wall-mounted fill box connection or outside on a secure concrete pad. This process can be accomplished without any interruption to your operation and makes buying gas in bulk more manageable than ever. With cellular technology, we put an end to phone orders and product monitoring. Our cellular system alerts CK Supply when a product is low. Upon receiving the alert, product delivery is scheduled for the next day, and product usage is recorded to forecast future shipments.
Our Bulk Gas Express System Eliminates
- Cylinder handling
- Product run-outs
- Inventory management
- Delivery and process interruptions
- Residual product returns
- Job-related injuries
- Excessive vent loss
CK Supply’s bulk and micro-bulk telemetry allow us to monitor your gas supply remotely. Telemetry helps eliminate run-outs, decrease cost, and optimize your gas usage.
Cellular Technology Benefits

- Reduces process interruptions
Bulk Gas Options
Bulk gases are used in almost every production process to improve safety, productivity, environmental compliance, or product quality. CK Supply offers the following bulk gases to our clients.
Argon is a colorless, tasteless, nontoxic gas commonly used as an inert shielding gas in welding and other high-temperature projects. Argon ensures a stable flame temperature for peak performance by limiting the amount of oxygen in the welding environment. You can also use bulk argon for:
Argon extends the shelf life of packaged food by displacing oxygen and air that contains moisture. It also protects wine against spoilage by providing a barrier against oxygen.
Argon is used in incandescent light bulbs to protect the filaments from oxidation at high temperatures.
Window manufacturers use argon to increase the thermal efficiencies between double and triple pane window panels. Argon also reduces condensation by displacing water molecules.
Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas with a chemical inertness that makes it popular in various industries, including:
High-quality nitrogen is used in the flash-freezing process to freeze food to temperatures as low as -20 degrees. This helps keep food fresh during shipping.
Nitrogen is combined with other gases to increase the mechanical properties of alloys and prevent corrosion during welding processes.
Nitrogen plays a key role in the annealing of metals. It helps neutralize the area environment and prevents oxidation in furnaces.
Oxygen is a colorless and odorless gas that plays an important role in multiple industrial processes. It’s one of the most widely occurring elements because it forms compounds with virtually all other elements. Some of the industries that rely on a steady supply of bulk oxygen include:
Oxygen’s ability to enrich air for better combustion in gaseous environments makes it a popular gas in the laser and plasma cutting industries.
Welders use oxygen to increase the wetting of the solid metal; this helps reduce molten metal surface tension.
Bulk oxygen gas is used in bioreactors to encourage cell growth and helps ensure quality control in drug manufacturing.
Bulk Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
CO2 is a liquified, colorless gas with non-flammable properties that make it a great fit for a wide range of industries, including:
Beverage-grade CO2 is used to maintain peak freshness for brewers and winemakers while avoiding contamination.
CO2 is mixed with argon to produce a shielding gas that prevents molten weld metal contamination.
Cryogenic Bulk Gas Containers
CK Supply transports liquefied gases in company-owned tanker trucks and stored in cryogenic containers. These tanks are available in sizes ranging from 600 to 15,000 gallons and are protected by an innovative outer vessel that provides insulation.
