EFFICIENT WELDING SCREEN MOBILITY
The Retractable Weld Screens redefine welding safety and convenience. Offering efficient mobility, these screens can be swiftly moved to wherever welding is needed. Whether they are fixed or portable, these screens use tension from a roller base to keep the guard securely in place. Operators can effortlessly walk the guard from the base mount roller to latches on the opposite side of the work cell. When it’s time to accommodate products in or out of the work cell, the guard can be unlatched and returned to the roller base.

The Retractable Weld Screens are designed with versatility and safety in mind. They are portable, lightweight, and incredibly durable, making them suitable for a variety of workspaces. These free-standing screens are equipped with a wheel base, allowing for easy mobility. They eliminate the need for labor-intensive handling of large stationary guards and provide rapid access for forklifts into the work cell. In addition, they offer robust protection against welding hazards such as sparks, heat, ultraviolet light, and flying debris.
SPACE-SAVING AND USER FRIENDLY
The Retractable Weld Screens are not only efficient but also space-saving and user-friendly. These screens can extend up to 20 feet in length, and their spring tension roller ensures a taut guard while automatically retracting when not in use. They don’t require overhead suspension, allowing for top access, and providing a clear path for overhead cranes when rolled up. Weld Curtain Retracting
When welding operations are ready, the operator will take control of the curtain and hook it to the J-Hook on the opposite post.
Weld Curtain Not In Use
The tinted welding curtain fully retracted when not in use. Employees are provided with the ability to move freely in and out of the welding cells. This is especially beneficial when moving large parts in and out of the welding cell.
Mobile Posts
The benefit of the Retractable Weld Curtain is the mobile posts. Mobile posts allow for full welding cell customization. Unlike fixed welding cells, the Retractable Weld Curtain mobile posts allow you to move the welding cell and improve safety & protection in other work areas quickly & efficiently.
